Beechcliffe School is a specialist provision operating over two sites. The Keighley site offers special education for students with generic needs and Thackley site is a specialist SEMH provision.
All our pupils have a statement of special educational need or a EHCP plan.

Special Needs Teaching Assistant (L2)
Permanent
31 Hours per week. Term time only, plus 5 days
(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.40am to 3.10pm / Tuesday 8.40am to 4.10pm)
Band 4/5, SCP 3-6 (Actual Salary; £16,382 to £17,215)
Dependent on experience

We are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. You will be required to work closely with members of our Inclusion Team and have the energy and creativity to develop and inspire students learning.
We are looking for an individual who has high aspirations for students, who is committed and passionate about learning; who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’. You will need to build relationships with students who may struggle to engage in learning and support them through planned programmes of intervention.

Band 7, SCP 11-17 (Actual Salary; £21,232 to £23,513)
